- Homes must currently have central air conditioning.
- The property must be a single-family home, townhome, or 2–4 unit multiplex at an eligible address.
- The homeowner must have owned and lived in the property for at least one year.
- Homes generally cannot already have rooftop solar or a whole-home battery.
- Customers already participating in a demand-response program that shifts energy use may not qualify.
